The premises are de- scribed, with reference to said map, as follows: on the north by lot 5, 100 feet; on the east by lot 12 56/25 feet; on the south by lot 3, 105 feet, and on the west by Cherry Lane "now known as Ninth Street" 56,47 feet, BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Oscar Goldin by deed dated February 13th, 1959 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 4587 at page 212 on February 16th, 1959.
