2U that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, together with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
near the Village of Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as lot 4 on a map known as
"Greenport Driving Park", surveyed by C, H. Bateman, and laid out in
lots by C. H. Hall, C. E., August, 1909, and which said map is on file
in the office of Phe Clerk of Suffolk County. The premises are de-
scribed, with reference to said map, as follows:
on the north by lot 5, 100 feet; on the east by lot 12
56/25 feet; on the south by lot 3, 105 feet, and on the
west by Cherry Lane "now known as Ninth Street" 56,47
feet,
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Oscar Goldin by deed dated February 13th, 1959 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 4587 at page 212
on February 16th, 1959.
