Dominy, 219 Griffing Ave., iverhead Suffolk County, as SHERIFF of Suffolk County,No the State of New York, party of 429 Fourth St., Greenport, Suffolk County, New York of the first part, and Burt's Coal, Incorporated,/party of the second part, WHER'r'Ais, by virtue of a certain writ of Execution Issued out of the Supteme Court on the Twenty-fifth day of June 1957, on a judgment obtained in an action between The First National Bank of Greenport, New York as Plaintiff and Michael J. Capuano and Lois Capuano and Burt's Coal Incorporated as M oli a Defendants on the 25th day of June, 1957 in favor of The First w mNational Bank of Greenport, New York and against Michael J. 6. c Capuano, Lois Capuano and Burt's Coal, Incorporated for the sum of Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety One and 36/100($8,191.38) j Dollars, as appears by judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, which said judgment was docketed in the office of the Clerk of the County of I Suffolk, On the 25th day of June, 1957, directed and delivered to the said Sheriff, commanding him that out of the personal property of said judgment debtor in the County of Suffolk, he should satisfy said judgment, and if sufficient personal property could not be found, that then he should satisfy said judgment out oP the real property belonging to the said judgment debtor on the day when the said judgment was so docketed in the said county, or at any time thereafter, in whose hands soever the same might be; and WHEREAS sufficient personal property of the said judgment debtor in said County could not be found, the aaid. Sheriff in obedience to the command of the said execution did levy on and seize all the estate, right, title and interest which the said Judgment Debtor so has, of, in and to the premises hereinafter conveyed and described, and on the 22nd day of May, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-eight sold the said premises at public vendue, at the County Court House, Riverhead, in the said County, having first given public notice of the time and place of such sale, by advertising the same according to law, at which sale the said premises were struck off to Burt's i NaFR4734 eArx373 Coal, Incorporated for the am of Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100 0350.00) Dollars, They being the hiphest bidder and that being the highest sum bidden for.the same. . BEING AND INTENDED to be s part of premises conveyed to Michael J. Capuano and Lois H. Capuano by Inez Fordham by deeds i dated June 5, 1953 and September 3, 1953 and recorded in Liber 3527 page 373 and Liber 3704 Page 497. Parcel #2 ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at iGreenport, Town of Southold> Suffolk County, New York, bounded a d described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Wood Lane, 350 feet in a southerly direction from its intersection with the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue, being also the same point where the northerly line of land conveyed or about to be conveys to Kenneth Triloott intersects the westerly line of Wood Lane; running thence N 870 05' 00" W 100 feet to other land formerly of Inez Fordham; running thence along said land last mentioned N 020 55' 00" E 50 feet; running thence S 870 05100" 100 feet to the westerly line of Wood Lane; running thence S 020 55' 00" W to the point or place of beginning. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Douglas Jacobs and Jeen T. Jacobs to Michael J. Capuano and Lois H. Capuano by deed dated April 6, 1955 and recorded in Liber 3892 page 67 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
