BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the intersection of the northerly
line of Manhanset Avenue, with the easterly line of Angler's Road,
thence along the easterly line of Angler's Road, N, 21 deg. 24' 10" E.
ninety-two and eighty-six hundredths (92.86) feet to an iron pipe;
thence along land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Peter Dykovitz,
S. 75 deg. 23' 00" E. sixty and forty-two hundredths (60.42)feet;
thence along said land and other land of Samuel Levine and Edna A.
Brown, S. 68deg. 35' 50" E, one hundred twenty and no tenths (120.0)
feet; thence along land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Cassano,

iron pipe on said northerly line of Manhanset Avenue; thence along sai
