party of the first part,and RICHARD G. BAKER, residing at 102 Main Street, ,
Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, a
party of the second part, ,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the serond part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,eece or parcel of land, with the buildings and im ovaments thereon erected,situate,
"- lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Sn�folk and State of
New York, known and designated as part of lot 30, all of lot 31 and
part of Lot 32, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Buckley Perm,
Property of C. G. Bailey" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of

running theme from said point of beginning along the south-

(formerly that of Lillian R. Brown);

BEING and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Fred A.
Cleaves and wife to Howell E. Prince and wife, by deed dated
September 2, 1930, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Cotmty of Suffolk in Liber 1525 of Deeds at Page 31, on September 3.
