Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and bounded and described as follows;-
On the north and east by lands of Mary C. Burt, formerly of Osman W. Young;
on the south by the highway known as the North Road or Old King's Highway,
and on the west by other lands of said Mary C. Burt, Containing by estimation
1/8 of an acre.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to William W. Wetmore
and another by deed dated the 13th day of October, 1903 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 543 of deeds at page 238.
Being and intended to be the same premises devised to the parties of the first
part under the Last Will and Testament of Blanche W. vVenk.
