BEGINNING at a stone located where the westerly line of
Arshanomoque Basin intersects with the southeasterly corner of land
of Minnie C. Adams, running thence northwesterly along the easterly
line of land of Minnie C. Adams One Hundred Eighty-seven (1871 feet;
thence easterly in a line at right-angles with the easterly line of
Minnie C. Adams' land, Fifty (50) feet; thence southerly in a line
parallel with the first described course, One Hundred Seventy-five
(175) feet to the westerly line of Arshamomoque Basin; thence south-
westerly along the westerly line of Arshamomoque Basin Fifty-two (52)
feet to the point or place of beginning. This plot is part of the-
property formerly of Mary E. Corwin, now owned by her daughters,
Isadora C. Judge and Mary A. Homan, and known as pipes Neck. Said
premises being known and designated as Lot #33-A on a certain map
entitled nArshamomoque Villa Sites, the property of Mary E. Corwin,
