BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Angler's Road, two

along said easterly line from Manhanset Avenue, said point of beginning
being the northwesterly corner of land formerly of Capuano; from said
point of beginning, running along said easterly line of Angler's Road,
N. 5 deg. 09' 10" W. - 90.0 feet; thence along land now or formerly of
Samuel Levine, N. 84 deg. 50' 50" E. - 100.0 feet to land of Dykowitz;
thence along said land of Dykowitz and along other land of the party of
the first part, S. 5 deg. 09' 10" E. - 90.0 feet to said land now or
formerly of Capuano; thence along said land now or formerly of Capuano
S. 84 deg. 50' 50n W. - 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same rrenises conveyed to the sellers
by Edna A. Brown by deed dated August 11th, 1958 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 13th, 19$8 in Liber 4498 of
deeds at page 539.

village Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and

FROM the intersection of the easterly line of Angler's Road with the
northerly line of Manhanset Avenue, running along said easterly line of
Angler's Road, 2 courses, as follows:
