94 on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport,
__. Section III" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Ccinty of
Suffolk on September 27, 1965 as Map #4475.
TOGETHER with the use of the beach area as described in deed made
by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land & Development
Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc., dated March 17, 1965 and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 18,
I� 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16, and together with access thereto
over Sound Drive, a private road 50 feet in width, from the westerly
end of Sound Drive as shown on "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport,
Section III."
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions shown on list attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof.
THIS conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part. This conveyance is of
premises which do not constitute all or substantially all of the
assets of the party of the first part.
