Homan and also being the southeasterly corner of land of Reiter; from said point of beginning running along said land of Reiter, North 16 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East - 200,0 feet to Land now or Formerly of Mary A. Homan; thence along the said land of Mary A. Homan the following two courses: 1,- South 73'degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East - 115.02 feet; thence 2. South 16 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West - 229.88 feet to the northerly line of Pipes Neck Road; thence along said northerly line of Pipes Neck Road, North 58 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West 118.83 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the privilege, in common with others, of using the beach adjoining Pipe's Neck Road on the northeasterly side thereof, and lying across a ditch or gutter leading to Arshamomaque Basin and Peconic Bay, for the purposes of bathing, fishing, recreation and boating. . BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary A. Homan to Alfred E.
