BEGINNING at a stake on the westerly side of Pic Cann Lane distant
260.18 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the westerly side of Mc Cann Lane with the southerly side of Sound
Drive; running thence South 181 061 20" East along the westerly side
of He Cann Lane 55.04 feet to a stake; thence South 740 041 10" West
157.91 feet to a stake on the easterly side of land now or formerly
of Burt; thence North 15° 551 50" West along said last mentioned land
55 feet to a stake at the southwesterly corner of Lot 15 on map afore—
said; and thence North 741 041 10" East 155.82 feet -to the point or
