THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to a mortgage made by William F. Tomasek
to Eastern Shores, Inc. in the amount of $3,000 and dated May 8, 1964
ISI and recorded May 19, 1964 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 4373 mp 303.
