Surevyor and Engineer, Shelter Island, New York",. Filed in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County, said lots 40, 41, and 42 being bounded and
described as follows: northerly by lots 37, 38, and 39, 147 feet; easterly
by lot 43, 125.8 feet; southerly by Corwin Street, 146 Feet; westerly by
Eighth Street, 124.9 feet, be the said dimensions more or less.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed made by Charles S. Smith dated May 16, 1955, recorded
June 20, 1955, liber 3909 of conveyances, page 464.
