No trees shall be removed from said premises except to allow for A erection or expansion of buildings, and except such trees as may require removal because of disease or other hazard, 4. No building other than a private dwelling for one family and private s garage shall be erected on said premises . 5. No building or buildings shall be erected on said premises unless said building shall be of standard construction and all materials on the outside thereof shall be new material.
