described according to said map as followa:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southerly Bide of Champlin Place where the divi-
sion line between lots 5 Bud 6 as shownon said map intersects said Southerly
side of Champlin Place; running thence North 73 degrees 25 minutes 00 second
East along the Southerly side of Champlin Place distance of 40 feet to a
monument; thence South 16 degrees 35 minutes 60 seconds East along the division
line between lots 6 & 7 as shown on said map a distance of 70.87 feet; running
thence.9otth 74 degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds West adistance of 40 feet to a
monument; thence North 16 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West along Said divi-
sioz line between lots 5 & 61 70.39 feet to the Southerly side of Champlin
Place, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
