State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the southerly line of lands
of the Long Island Railroad Company with the westerly line of Kerwin Boulevard,
said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of parcel number two as
shown on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A Peconic Bay Estates situate at
Arshamomaque. Town of Southold, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl under
date of May 12, 1933, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map Number
1124; ruining thence along said line of Kerwin Boulevard, three courses as
follows:
1 (1) South 34 degrees 59 minutes East, 915.02 feet;
(2) South 68 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East, 196.51 feet;
(3) North 79 degrees 54 minutes 0 seconds East, 209.32 feet to the north-
westerly corner of land of Rutkowski; thence along said land of Rutkowski, South

Rutkowski and along the southerly and southwesterly side of the map above
mentioned, the following three courses and distances:

J TOGETHER with all easements and rights of way appurtenant to said premises,
including a right of way fifty (50) feet in width between Lots Nos. 122 A and 119 as
phown on said map, said right of way extending from Bay Shore Road to the
remises hereinbefore described, and all of the right, title and interest of the
arties of the first part of, in and to the lands under the highways adjacent to
said premises to the center line thereof and of, in and to any and all strips and
gores of land adjacent and appurtenant to or abutting the hereinbefore described
premises.

TOGETHER with all the rights conferred upon said executors- as parties of
the second part named in a certain agreement dated the 24th day of December,
1966, made by Joseph Barszczewski, Helen Bladzinski, Ann Kudlinski, Sophie d.
Coveleski, Gloria Hallus, Helen Hallas, James P. Hallus, Jr., Frances
Barszczewski and Marie Carrig intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
