THIS INDENTURE, made the 7th day of July nineteen hundred and seventy-one
BETWEEN JOSEPH N. DIAZ and IRENE JOYCE DIAZ, his wife, both residing
at 625 Wilmarth Avenue, near Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York,

his wife, both residing at 315 Fifth Avenue, Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
party of the second part,

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
e ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being kxttmx outside the Incorporated Village of Greenport, in the community
adjoining said Village, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the easterly side of Middleton Road
distant South 16 deg. 01' 50" West as measured along the easterly Mde'af said
Road and the extension northerly thereof in a straight line 70 feet from the
extension westerly in a straight line of the southerly side of Washington Ave.
(the easterly side of Middleton Road curving to the right to connect with the
southerly side of Washington Ave. ) said point of beginning being the southwesterly
corner of land of Morrell; running thence from said point or place of beginning
North 83 deg. 111 20" East along the southerly line of land of Morrell 119. 62
feet to an iron pipe set in the westerly line of land of John C. Reeves; running
thence along the westerly line of land last mentioned South 13 deg. 58, 20" East
65 feet to an iron pipe; running thence along the land of Diaz the two following
courses and distances: (1) South 16 deg. 001 50" East 35 feet and (2) South
73 deg, 58' 10" West 115. 66 feet to a point in the Easterly line of Middleton Road;
running thence North 16 deg, 011 50" West along the easterly line of Middleton
Road 119. 12 feet to the iron pipe at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over and upon
Middleton Road from the southwesterly corner of the above described premises
northerly to Washington Avenue.
No building shall be erected on above premises until the plans and specifica-
tions have been approved in writing by party of the first part.
This deed is executed and delivered for the purpose of conveying
the interest of Irene Joyce Diaz in said premises and correcting the
description in the deed heretofore executed and delivered by Joseph N,
Diaz to Roger Waterhouse, Sr. and Mabel C. Waterhouse, his wife dated
November 9 1965 and recorded november 16, 1965 in Liber 5659 o? deeds
at page 163.
