Van Tuyl & Sons, land surveyors at Greenport, New York and filed with the Suffolk County Clerk at Riverhead, ° New York on August 25, 1966, as Map No. 4709. SUBJECT to zoning and building regulations of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York.
