judgment entered at a Special Term of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County

the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars paid by The grantee,being The highest sum bid
at the sale under said judgment does hereby grant and convey unto the grantee,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
j improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being near the Incorpor-
ated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Moore's Lane distant in a
northerly direction 130 feet from the intersection formed by said easterly
line of Moore's Lane with the northerly line of Front Street; and from said
point of beginning running thence North 2 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds
East 170.33 feet along the easterly line of Moore's Lane to a point-at the
Southwesterly corner of land of the Village of Greenport; thence along
said land of the Village of Greenport North 89 degrees 41 minutes 30
seconds East 302.39 feetto a point marking the Southeasterly corner of
said land; thence South 2 degrees 05.minutes 00 seconds West, 103.60 feet
along land now, or formerly of Joseph Krupski to a point, thence South
0 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds West 65.89 feet to a point and land now
or formerly of .Kahn; running thence along land now or formerly of Herzog.
South 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds west 305.73 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the grantee
and assigns forever, subject to existing leases and tenancies,
if any* zoning restrictions and any amendments thereto according to law
and now in force; existing violations and ordinances of the departments
and bureaus of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
if any; and covenants and restrictions, if any.
