BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated April 23, 1955, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 26, 1955, in Liber 3874 of Deeds at page 387. The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Russell M. Rumpf, as mortgagor, to Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated March 27, 1956, and was recorded on March 28, 1956, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2621 of Mortgages at page 122 and to a certain mortgage executed by Russell M. Rumpf, as mortgagor, to Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated January 30, 1957, and recorded on January 31, 1957, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2797 of Mortgages at page 279, and on which mortgages there is now due the total sum of$9,S'7/.
