I TOGETHER with a right of way over said fifty (50)foot right of way from said proposed highway to be known as 'Angler's Road,"easterly about two hundred seven(207)feet to the northeasterly corner of the premises and thence southerly about five hundred twenty(520)feet to Manhanset Avenue. This conveyance is subject to the following restrictions: 1. No trailers shall be parked or maintained on any part of the premises. I I 2. No building shall be erected on any plot within twenty (20)feet of any highway or proposed road, nor within seven(7)feet of the side lines of any sixty(60)foot plot. 9.
