ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being lregU near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly line of Moore's Lane with the north-
erly line of the 'bid highway", said point of beginning being the southeasterly
corner of land formerly of W. H. H. Moore Estate and now of the Village of
Greenport; from said point of beginning running southerly on the direct extension
southerly of said westerly line of Moore's Lane, 11 feet, more or less, to the
northerly line of the Main Road as altered, thence westerly, along said northerly
Iling, 259 feet, more or less, to a point on the southerly line of said "old highway";
thence northerly, across said "old highway", 50 feet, more or less, to a point on
said northerly line thereof at the northeasterly corner of land formerly of Adams
adjoining said land formerly of Moore Estate; thence easterly, along said land
formerly of Moore Estate, now of the Village of Greenport, and being along said
northerly line of said "old highway", 270 feet, more or less, to the point of
�'� beginning; containing 0.2 of an acre, more or less.
