August 1909 as and by lots numbered 71 and 72.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Reginald Mack to
Lonnie Boyd (deceased) and Bessie Boyd, his wife, by deed dated July 6,
i1966, recorded July 11, 1966, liber 5989 of conveyances, page 313, in the
