Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot No. 46 and
part of 45 on a certain map entitled, "Plan of Property at Greenport, Suffolk
County, New York, known as Greenport Driving Park, surveyed by C. H.
Bateman, Shelter Island, New York laid out in lots by C. E. Hall, Brooklyn,
New York, August 1909", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
December 1, 1909 as Map No. 369, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southerly side of Linnett Street distant
100.33 feet Easterly from the intersection of the Southerly side of Linnett Street
with the Easterly side of Seventh Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East along the
Southerly side of Linnett Street 50.17 feet to land now or formerly of Axelson;
Q THENCE South 06 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West along said last
mentioned land and land now or formerly of Giovanelli 125.21 feet;
i THENCE North 82 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds West 50.11 feet;
THENCE North 06 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East 125.20 feet to the
Southerly side of Linnett Street to the point or place of BEGINNING.
