SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show and to
covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and
zoning regulations of record, if any.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by the party of the secoul part by deed recorded in liber 5592 of
conveyances, page 445, in the Suffolk county clerk's office August 10,
1964.
