BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of a private road, which
point is North 46 degrees 09 minutes West, a distance of 100. 0 feet
from land of Toan; running thence along said westerly or southwest-
erly line of said private road, South 46 degrees 09 minutes East, a
distance of 100. 0 feet to said land of Toan; running thence along
said land of Toan, South 34 degrees 45 minutes West, a distance of
225 feet, more or less , to ordinary high water mark of Mill Creek,
also known as Arshamomaque Pond; running thence northwesterly along
said high water mark a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to a point
which is South 25 degrees 04 minutes West, a distance of 235 feet,
more or less , from the point or place of beginning; running thence
along other land of Valentine Ruch IV, North 25 degrees 04 minutes
East, a distance of 235 feet, more or less , to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said private road from. the east-
erly corner of the premises northwesterly about 320 feet to Middle
Road.
TOGETHER with a right of way 25 feet in width as now laid out over
other land of the party of the first part leading from Kings Highway
or North Road to the waters of Long Island Sound.
The party of the second part covenants that sewage and waste water
upon said premises shall be dispused of in such manner as not to con-
taminate the potable water supply thereon and upon the adjoining
premises and so as not to contaminate the waters of Arshamomaque Bay
and shall. be disposed of in such manner as shall be approved by the
Public Health authorities of the State of New York.
