THIS INDENTURE, made the 1St day of April , nineteen hundred and seventy-one

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ntD&xx at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York bounded and described as follows
BEGINNING . at a point on the northerly line of Manhanset Avenue, 577, 18 feet
easterly along said northerly line from Angler s Road, said point of beginning
being the point where said northerly line is intersected by the westerly line
of a 49, 5 feet private road; from said point of beginning running along said
westerly line of said 49, 5 feet private road, North 5 degrees 09 minutes 10
seconds West 157. 58 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Ruth L. Young, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) at right angles to said westerly line of said 49. 5 foot private road, South
84 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West 103. 92 feet;
THENCE (2) at right angles to said northerly line of Manhanset Avenue, South
2 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 141. 43 feet to said northerly line of
Manhanset Avenue;
THENCE along said northerly line of Manhanset Avenue, South 87 degrees 05
minutes 00 seconds East 125. 00 feet to the point of beginning.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paving the cost of the improvement and will appiv
