STRAUSSNER, residing at Sound Avenue (no number), Greenport, New York, party of the first part, and J. JOHN VACCARO, residing at 5 Dartmouth Street, Forest Hills, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being iuAkm near the Incorporated Village of Greenport, in the Town of \ Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as 0 follows: BEGINNING at a monument set at the intersection of the southerly line of ynl Manhanset Avenue with the easterly line of Wood Lane, and running thence along said southerly line of Manhanset Avenue South 87 degrees 05 minutes East 100. 0 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Antone A. Strauss- ner; running thence along land last mentioned South 2 degrees 55 minutes Rest UU 150. 0 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of J. C. Jensen; runnin;; 2 thence along land last mentioned North 87 degrees 05 minutes West 100. 0 feet a to a monument set on said easterly line of Wood Lane; running thence along said easterly line of Wood Lane North 2 degrees 55 minutes East 150. 0 feet to a monument and the point or place of beginning. BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Inez Ford- ham to Augustus A. Straussner, the party of the first part herein, by deed dated July 19, 1949, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 22, 1949 in Liber 2973 of deeds at page 273 and a portion of the premises conveyed by Inez Fordham to Augustus A. Straussner, the party of the first part herein, by deed dated September 3, 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 30, 1952, in Liber 3456 of deeds at page 386. rn C7 O 0�a TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO IIAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of © the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except is aforesaid.
