BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Inez Ford- ham to Augustus A. Straussner, the party of the first part herein, by deed dated July 19, 1949, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 22, 1949 in Liber 2973 of deeds at page 273 and a portion of the premises conveyed by Inez Fordham to Augustus A.
