RUNNING THENCE along said southerly line of Old North Road, South 86 degrees 21 minutes 30
seconds East, a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron pipe;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Antone J. Grigonis, Jr. and Estelle E. Grigonis,
his wife, the following three (3) courses and distances;
1) South 4 degrees 29 minutes IO seconds West, a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pipe;
2) North 86 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of I 10.00 feet to an iron pipe;
3) North 4 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 200.00 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the s'~me premises as conveyed by deed recorded in Liber 8161

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting thc above-de, scribed premises to the center lines thereol'; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the

granted unto the party et the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
