Made the 19th day of' December, nineteen hundred and sixty-three
Between MORGAN GUARANTY TRUST COMPA.NY OF NEW YORK, having a
principal of1'ic8 at 140 Broadway, New York, New York, as exeoutor
of' the Estate of' Harrison K. McCann, acting under the Last Will
and Testament of' Harrison K. McCann, late of' the City, County and
State of' New York, deceased, party of' the first part,
and EASTERN SHORES, ItlC., a corporation existing under the laws
of' the State of' New York, with a principal place of' business at
Soundview Road in Orient in the Town of' Southold, County of'
Surf'olk and State of' New York, party of' the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That the party of' the first part, by virtue of' the power and
authority to it given in and by said Last Will and Testament, and
in consideration of Sixty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Four
($65,784.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by
the party of the second part does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in or near the Village of
Greenport, Town of Southald, County of Suff'olk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEXHtlNI.NG at a point on the northerly side of Middle
Road (C.R. 27) (North Road) distant 410.78 feet
westerly when_measured along the northerly side of'
said Middle Road f'rom the southwesterly corner of'
land now or formerly of' Frederick H. Tasker and from
said point of beginning running thence westerly along
the northerly side of' said Middle Road along an aro
of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of
3852.72 teet a distanoe of 140.91 feet to land now or
formerly ot' Dennis, formerly of' John P. DaYies;
running thence along said land the tollowing courses
