WTTNFSSI:TH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
d or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
u ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ivtk4 at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the extension Westerly of the Northerly side of
Island View Lane, as shown on a map entitled, "Amended Map "A" Peconic Bay
Estates" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 19, 1933, as Map No.
1124, said point of beginning being 135. 0 feet Westerly as measured along said
Island View Lane Extension from the Southwesterly corner of Lot 638, as shown
on said map, and from said point of beginning running along Northerly side of
Island View Lane Extension North 85 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West 50. 0
-feet to land formerly of Julia Wetmore, now or formerly of M. Carlucci; thence
along said land North 4 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 125. 94
feet to land now or formerly of Adam Pekunka; thence along said. land North 68
degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 55. 34 feet to land formerly of
George Wetmore, now or formerly of H. M. Weiner; thence along land South 4
degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 149. 67 feet to the Northerly side
of Island View Lane Extension, at the point or place of beginning.

TOGETHER with a right of way over said "Island View art" and its ex=
tension Westerly from Bayshore Road westerly about 950 feet to land now or for-
merly of Pekunka.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by George G. Wetmore
to E. Lionel Pavlo, the seller herein and Marylyn E. Pavlo (now deceased) by deed
dated June 20, 1959, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 23,
1959, in Liber 4645 of deeds at page 363.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires._
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the fust part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
