lying and being insdut near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
f, Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as lot 4 on a map known
as "Greenport Driving Park", surveyed by C. H. Bateman, and laid out in
lots by C. H. Hall, C. E., August 1909, and which said map is on file in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, filed December 1, 1909 as map 369,
which said lot is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Ninth Street (Cherry Lane) at a

.: lots 3 and 4, as shown on said mom, intersects same;and from said point of

Ninth Street, 56.46 feet to the division line between lots 4 and 5, as shown

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Harold Dawson and
Rose Dawson by deed made by Maleta Warner, dated July 7, 1960, recorded
in the said county clerk's office in liber 4843 of conveyances, page 378,
on July 19, 1960.
