street number)Suffolk County, New York
party of the drstparhand, the said, ELIZABETH F. DRISCOLL, residing on
the north side of the Main North Road, Southold, Suffolk,County,
New York

WITNESSETH, that the party of the that part,m consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
eidemtion paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

Suffolk Co., & State of New York, bounded and described as f ollows:
Beginning at a concrete monument set on the northerly line of North
Road and at the southeasterly corner of land of one Harriette M.
Arnott and running thence westerly along said northerly line of
North Road, 50 feet to a concrete monument and other land of said

Bargamini, deceased, and passing through a granite monument near the r
top of the Sound bank, to the point of beginning. Together with all
the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, in and
to the land under the waters of Long Island Sound on the north of
said plot.
Being and intended to be thesame premises conveyed to the.
grantors herein by Deed dated the 14th day of October,Nineteen '
Hundred and Fifty and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
