paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvement& Bevan erseted, situate,
lying and being b0im at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a monument
on the northerly side of Middle Road (formerly known as Kings Highway)(C. R. 27)
where the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Laskos and the south-
westerly corner of the premises hereinafter described intersects same; said
point being distant 549. 35 feet easterly, as measured along said northerly side
of Middle Road from land formerly of Arnott; running thence from said point of -

Long Island Sound; running thence along the ordinary high water mark of Long
