residing at 318 Saude Avenue, Essington,Pemsylvania,and Walter Bondarchuk,
residin at 611 First Street, Greenport, New York,
party of the first part, and Hollis Richardson and Beatrice Richardson, his wife,
both residing at 285 St. Nicholas Avenue, New York, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Jennie Bondarchuk
to James Bondarchuk, Helen Bondarchuk (now known as Helen Keller), Peter
Bondarchuk, and Walter Bondarchuk, the party of the first part herein, by
deed dated January 20, 1949, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
r .y, liber 2918 of conveyances at page 594, on February 2, 1949.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
