surveyed in June 1904 for Referee's Sale July 2, 1904" C.H: Bateman, Surveyor
and Engineer, Shelter Island, N. Y. , " and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office December 23, 1930, as map number 548, as lot number 37.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the ,party of the first
part by deed made by Rhoda Reinke Vrooman, dated November 26, 1954,
recorded November 29, 1954, in said County Clerk's office, liber 3798 of
conveyances, page 586.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
