Box 438, Main Road Mattituck, NY party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk a d State of New York, known and designated as Lot 5 on a certain map entitled . 'Map_of Sterling.Marwr,." and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's _ Office on June 18, 1873 as Map No. 53, said lot being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Bridge Street where same is intersected by the division line between lots 4 & 5 on said map, said point i being distant 192. 27 feet Easterly, as measured along the Northerly side of Bridge Street, from the corner formed by its intersection with the Easterly side of Main Street, and running THENCE along said division line North 17 degrees 47' 50" West 140.56 feet to the Southerly line of land shown on the Map of Sixty Lots at Greenport c� belonging to John G. Champlin (filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office t on Oct. 23, 1873, as Map No. 337. ); THENCE along the last mentioned map line North 74 degrees 06' 20" East 40.00 feet to the Westerly line of Lot 6 on the aforesaid map of Sterling Manor; THENCE along Lot 6 aforesaid South 17 degrees 54' 20" East 140.57 feet to the Northerly line of Bridge Street; and THENCE along the Northerly side of Bridge Street South 74 degrees 07' 00" West 40.27 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed from Pauline Case, dated Dec. 16, 1962 and recorded in Liber 5282 cp 209.
