second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

of Suffolk and State of New York, designated as lot No. 100 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section
3", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
September 27, 1965 in Liber 5716 at Page 16. Map No. 4475.
SUBJECT to Covenants and Restrictions in Deed Liber 7089
page 03.
TOGETHER with beach rights and acess thereto as described in
grant made by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. ani J.M.S . Land and
Development Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc. dated the 170 day of
March 1965 , and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office
March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16
Said beach rights referred to above being described as
follows :

TOGETHER with an easement with ingress and egress to and from the
l above described premises over Moore ' s Lane North, Inlet Pond Road,
J Westwood Lane, and Sound Drive to the "Private Beach" as said
beach is shown and laid out on "Map of Section 4 Eastern Shores
at Greenport" , filed 3/7/1966 as Map No. 4586.
The grantor Francine J. Musich herein is the same person
as the grantee herein.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises in deed recorded in

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
ro of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
