WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, tin � v ��� actuate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County o Su f o k and State o� New
York, known and designated as Lot N 9, as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Southold Shores a? Arshamomaque , Town of_ SoutTold,
Suffolk County, New York", made by Otto yf. van Tuyl and Son, Licensed
Lard Surveyors , Greenport, New York , dated July 1, 1963, and filedl963,
in the office of whe Clerk

described as follows:'
BE at a point on the southerly side of Blue Marlin Drive at the
point of intersection *ith the division line between lots 8 and 9 as
laid out on said map from said point of beginning; rennin¢ thence
no—th 74 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds east along said southerly
side of 'Blue Marlin Drive 100 feet; thence running so)th 13 degrees
15 minutes 00 seconds Fast along the division line between lots 9
and 10 as laid out on said map 248 feet to a point in the ordinary
highwater mark of Peconic Bay, as the same is shown on the aforesaid
map; thence running westerly along said ordinary hightwater mark of
pec:onic Bay a distance of 100 feet to the southerly terminus of the
division line between said lots 8 and. 9� thence running north 13 degree,
15 minutes 00 seconds West along said lost mentioned division line 248
feet to the southerly gide of Blue Marlin Drive at the point and
place of Beginning.
Together with the right of use in common with others lot #52 as
shown on the aforesaid map for the purpose of bathing and beach
activity; and also the rights and .benefits which are granted under
paragraph 12th of the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictiols
recorded in liber -5421 cp 444.
Together with an easement of ingress and egress over the streets
as shown on s:- id filed map from said lot #9 to the nearest public
highway.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,it any,of the party of the first part of, in and to any str.xts and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the spg
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the seamd part, the heirs or successors and at4as of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have bcen encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lica Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the Sense of this indenture so requires.
