grant made by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp, and J.M.S. Land
and Development Corp, to Eastern Shores, Inc. , dated the
I 17th day of March, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County

Inlet Pond Road, Westwood Lane, and Sound Drive to the "private
beach" as said beach is shown and laid out on "Map of Section 4
Eastern Shores at Greenport, " filed 3/7/1966 as Map No. 4586.
