BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Middle Road (NorthRoad) or at

distant 57 feet in an easterly direction from the southwesterly corner marked
by a cememt monument of the premises now or formerly of Cummings; runn-
ing thence north 13°56'4011 west, 91 feet along the east line of land now or
formerly of said Cummings to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island
Sound; thence in an easterly direction, along said ordinary high water mark
of Long Island Sound, north 79"2912011 east, a distance of 50.09feet to lands
now or formerly of Corwin;thence south 13'561401' east, 88 feet along said
lands of Corwin, to a point on the northerly line of the said Middle Road;
thence running south 76°03120" west, along said northerly line of said Middle
t Road, a distance of 50 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Ruegg W. Zwicker
and Victoria Zwicker by deed made by Mary S. Corwin, dated July 31, 1948,
recorded August 4, 1948, liber 2857 of conveyances, page 50, in the Suffolk
county clerk's office (the said Ruegg W. Zwicker having died a resident of
!; Queens County April 26, 1953).
