WITNESSETH that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
- paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon exected,situate,

State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the southeasterly line of Main(State)Road
distant 648.18 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southeasterly line of Main (State) Road and the easterly side of Pipes Neck Road,.
said point being the point where the easterly line of land of Ciacia and the westerly
line of the premises being described intersects said sat heasterly line of Main
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly line of Main Road the following
two courses and distances:
(1) North 360 46' 10" East 151.79 feet;
(2) North 450 271 40" East 149.07 feet;

THENCE along land of Telles South 480 00' 10" east 290.00 feet to land
of Ciacia;
THENCE along said land of Ciacia the following two courses and distances:
(1) South 41°.04' 10" West 300.00 feet;
v (2) North 480 00' 10" West 290.00 feet to the southeasterly side of Main
Road the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with Sell right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the apputtenances
