BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of a 25 foot private
road, over land of Ruch, where the same is intersected by the south-
erly line of land conveyed by Ruch to George B. Hines and Mildred
H. Hines; running thence along the southwesterly line of said 25 foot
private road and in a general southerly direction 80 feet to a point
thereon where the northerly line of another right of way which runs
from said private road to Arshamomoque Bay, intersects said 25 foot
private road; running thence in a general westerly direction along
r — the second mentioned right of way to ordinary high water mark of
Arshamomoque Bay; running thence in a general northerly direction
along said ordinary high water mark of said Arshamomoque Bay to a
point thereon where the same is intersected by the southerly line
of land of Hines hereinbefore mentioned; running thence in a g eneral
easterly direction along the southerly line of land of Hines to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the 25' right of way which

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
The grantees herein, J. T. Dimon and Ruth S. Dimon, his wife, here-
below affix their signatures to this instrument evidencing their
agreement to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the premises
described herein which was made to the Southold Savings Bank by
Mary Agnes Gartlan and Josephine Ann Campbell, the grantors herein,
dated the 5th day of June, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office on June 8, 1961 in Liber 3638 ata e 4
