canal 110 feet, more or less, to the southerly line of said 50 foot right of way;
running thence along the southerly line of said 50 foot right of way North
65 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East 140 feet, more or less; running thence I
along the westerly line of said 50 foot right of way South 20 degrees 50 minutes
10 seconds East 103.23 feet to a concrete monument and the point or place of
