United States,and other Food and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second pact,docs hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second part, an assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, bex weceeted, situate lying
and being in the Town of)Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of a 50 foot private
Road known as "Maple Lane", 416.11 feet southerly along said westerly
line from the southerly line of the Main Road, said point of beginning
being the southeasterly corner of land of the party of the first part
and the northeasterly corner of land of the party of the second part,
from said point of beginning running along said land of the party of
the second part on a line parallel to said southerly line of the Main
Road and 400.0 feet southerly therefrom measured at right angles there—
to, South 66 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West, 509.91 feet to land
of Yuma Corp.; thence along said land of Yuma Corp., North 21 degrees
04 minutes 00 seconds West 25.02 feet; thence through said land of the
party of the first part on a line parallel to said southerly line of
the Main Road and_375.0 feet southerly therefrom measured at right
angles thereto, North 66 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds East 505.35 feet
to said westerly line of "Maple Lane"; thence along said westerly line,
South 31 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 25.23 feet to the point of
beginning.
