from a point about 25 feet northerly from the southeasterly corner
of PARCEL TWO to the easterly boundary of land of now or formerly
William A. Braun and Robertina Braun, his ,wife and then continuin ;
easterly 50 feet wide about 168 feet to Sixth Street. Also with a
right of way 25 feet wide from the southeasterly corner of PAROL O
southerly about 330 feet to a parcel on beach fronting on Pipes Cove ;
said beach bein about 50 feet on said 25 feet private road, about
75 feet on said Pipes Cove and about 140' feet in depth.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to first party
by deed dated 9/65 acknowledged 9/20/65 recorded 10/8/65 in
Liber 5837 of Deeds, Page 46.
TOGETHER with a right to use the "Community Beach" which said
"Community Beach" shall be reserved solely for the purpose of
recreation and use of the various owners of properties known as
"Cove Circle", and shall be subject to such reasonable rules and
regulations as the parties of the first part, or their successors
or assigns may impose .
SUBJECT to the Covenants and Restrictions contained in deed to the
sellers herein dated June 3, 1960 and-recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 9, 1960.
