Bailey" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 9/5/1914 under the Map iNo. 293, which said lots when taken together as one parcel are more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Bailey Avenue distant 190. 0 feet Northwesterly as measured along the Southwesterly side of Bailey Avenue LLfrom the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly side of Champlin Place with the Southwesterly side of Bailey Avenue, said point also being where the division line between Lots 43 and 44 on the above mentioned map intersects the Southwesterly side of Bailey Avenue; thence along said division line between Lots 43 and 44 South 73 degrees 25 minutes West 159. 62 feet; thence North 33 degrees 118 :minutes 30 seconds West 79. 92 feet to the division line between Lots 41 and 42' thence North 73 degrees 25 minutes East 159, 46 feet to the Southwesterly side of Bailey Avenue; thence along the Southwesterly side of Bailey Avenue South 33 degrees 27 minutes East 80. 00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- erationas a trust fund to he applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
