of New York, bounded and described as follows: Starting at a point on
the southerly line of Wilmarth Avenue, distant 172,46 feet, more or less,!
easterly from the point of intersection of Wilmarth Avenue with Middleton.
Road and extending thence, easterly along Wilmarth Avenue 98.0 feet to
lands of De Albertis, thence southeasterly 120.0 feet to lands of Foster,
thence westerly 98.0 feet to lands of Town of Southold, thence north-
westerly 120.0 feet to Wilmarth Avenue and the point or place of beginning.
Containing 11,760 square feet, or .2699 acre.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to
Adele E. Dosed by George W. Sm`th by deed dated May let, 1958 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 3rd, 1958 in Liber
4480 at page 528.
Said Adele E. Busso died intestate a resident of Suffolk County,
New York, on January 13th, 1964. Surrogate's Caurt, Suffolk County,
file No. 86 A 1964.
