Clerk' s office on September 10, 1957 as Map No. 27529 which lot is
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
' BEGINNING at a monument set at a point which is distant the following
two courses and distances from the easterly corner of the intersection
of Main Road (Route 25 ) , and a private road known as Maple Lane:
1). southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Maple Lane,
Z 1950 feet, more or less; 2) southwesterly along the southeasterly
line of said Osprey Nest Road, South 56 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds
nWest327 feet to a monument; running thence from the point of be-
ginning southeasterly along the southwesterly side of said Osprey

the party of the second part assume and agree to pay according to
its terms.
