corner of land now or formerly of Yuma Corp.; thence from said point of beginning,
running along said land now or formerly of Preston and passing through a monuB
ment, south 56°39150" west, 111. 70 feet to the said easterly edge of a dredged
canal; thence north 28°30120" west, along a tie line along the easterly side of said
dredged canal, 127.06 feet; thence north 63°09150" east, and through a monument
126. 70 feet to a monument and the westerly side of said 50 foot right of way;
thence south 20°50'10" east, along the westerly side of said 50 foot right of way,
115.0 feet to a monument, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet in width from the southeasterly corner of
the premises northerly and then westerly, and then again northerly and then again

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Charles M. King and
Helen King, his ivife, by deed made-by Ruth F. Preston, et al, dated February 18,
1965, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office April,l, 1965, liber 5722 of
conveyances, page 582; Charles M. King, co-grantee in said deed, being the
same person as the party of the first part herein, and the said Helen King,having died
a resident of Suffolk County, estate proceedings in Suffolk County,Surrogate's
Court, file number 284 P 1970.
