.THIS INDENTURE, made the 47th day of July nineteen hundred andseventy-one
BETWEEN ROGER WATERHOUSE, SR, and MABEL L, WATERHOUSE, his wife,
both residing at 315 Fifth Avenue, Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York,
party of the first part, and RENE GENDRON, residing at Goldin Lane, Jamesport,
Town of Riverhead, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inabzx outside the Incorporated Village of Greenport, in the community
< adjoining said Village, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the easterly side of Middleton Road distant
South 16 deg. Oil 50" West as measured along the easterly side of said Road and
the extension northerly thereof in a straight line 70 feet from the extension
westerly in a straight line of the southerly side of Washington Ave. (the easterly
side of Middleton Road curving to the right to connect with the southerly side of
Washington Ave. ) said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land
of Morrell; running thence from said point or place of beginning North 83 deg, 11'
20" East along the southerly line of land of Morrell 119, 62 feet to an iron pipe set
in the westerly line of land of John C. Reeves; running thence along the westerly
line of land last mentioned South 13 deg. 53' 20" East 65 feet to an iron pipe;
running thence along the land of Diaz the two following courses and distances:
(1) South 16 deg. 00' 50" East 35 feet and (2) South 73 deg. 58' 10" West`115. 66
feet to a pp int in the easterly line of Middleton Road; running,thence North 16 deg.
01' 50" West along the easterly line of Middleton .Road 119. 121 feet to the iron
pipe at the point of place of beginning.
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over and upon Middleton
Road from the southwesterly corner of the above described premises northerly to
Washington Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed to
the parties of the first part by two deeds, one from Joseph N. Diaz dated`November
9, 1965 and recorded November 16, 1965 in Liber 5859 of deeds at page 162 and
the other from Joseph N. Diaz and Irene Joyce Diaz, his wife, dated July ]f� 1971
and to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
