Reeves; running thence along the westerly line of land last mentioned South 13 deg. 53' 20" East 65 feet to an iron pipe; running thence along the land of Diaz the two following courses and distances: (1) South 16 deg. 00' 50" East 35 feet and (2) South 73 deg. 58' 10" West`115. 66 feet to a pp int in the easterly line of Middleton Road; running,thence North 16 deg. 01' 50" West along the easterly line of Middleton .Road 119. 121 feet to the iron pipe at the point of place of beginning. TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over and upon Middleton Road from the southwesterly corner of the above described premises northerly to Washington Avenue. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed to the parties of the first part by two deeds, one from Joseph N. Diaz dated`November 9, 1965 and recorded November 16, 1965 in Liber 5859 of deeds at page 162 and the other from Joseph N.
